Automate product management

The Calybra Weighing System allows integration with a barcode reading system. This system lets you to automate all the warehouse production and sales processes.

Barcode Readers

By purchasing a barcode reader from us, you can monitor the quantity inside your containers/trays. Thanks to our labeling system will be possible to print labels, showing the exact tare, to be placed on the trays.

The labels provided are also dishwasher safe.

The Calybra workstation can be equipped with a column or wireless Barcode Reader

Packaging

Go into the section Packaging of the Calybra scale

scan the label previously affixed and choose the corresponding product on the screen. In this way the system stored the type of tray and associates it with the product selected.

On the tray will also be affixed the other removable packaging label with its QrCode.

Once the procedure is finished, it is possible to proceed with the storage of the full trays inside the cold rooms.

Shipping and creation of a sales document

If all the process has been made correctly, at the time of shipment, all will be easier. Through the wi-fi portable terminal (located nearby)

after selecting the customer on the screen and after scanning the trays ("plate" or "QrCode" it's the same) is possible to automatically create and record the sales document inside the CalybraBox management software (if desired, a real time print-out of the receipt is also possible).

The previous "association" of the tray (tare), with the Product inside, allows to "trace" with the delivery document also the sale of the stainless steel tray.
