Manual weight function

During the weighing phase of the ingredients, it is possible to enter the quantity of a product with a default weight pressing the button

This allows to insert totally or partially a manual weight for the selected ingredient.

The function allows to enter considerable and default quantities of product directly in the production equipment (pasteurisers, kneading machines, planetary mixers, etc.)

The manual weight can be completed with the actual weighing of any difference or, in case a greater quantity than the expected has been inserted, the ingredients’ recalculation.
