Calybra Devices

The management software CalybraBox is connected directly to the Calybra scale thanks to our cloud technology. This turn helpful, beside to inserd and modify data, also for the devices configurations.

It's possible to manage the Calybra devices clicking on and accessing, from the leftside menu, to Company -> Calybra Devices. You will access to the following screen

The screen shows a list of our own scales.

Add a new device

To add a new scale click on Create button and the following screen will appear

• Company is possible to select to which company on the list belongs the Calybra that we are going to create.
• Warehouse choose the warehouse from which you want Calybra to take the raw materials and go to save the packaging.
• Serial Number in this space enter the serial number of the Calybra scale.
• Description within this additional text field it is possible to put the description of the device that best suits our management needs.

To save and add the Calybra device to the list press the button Create New.

Edit a device

To edit an already existing device click on -> Edit in correspondence of the device

It's possible to modify the Company to which the scale has been assigned, Warehouse and Description. Regarding the Action field do not modify to avoid causing system problems.

Device Users

In correspondence of the Calybra device that we want to analyze, by clicking on the button -> Users the following window will appear

From the list we can see the Calybra users saved in the system and select, by clicking on the star (yellow selected user, gray user not selected), the users we want to assign to the device.

Under the heading Serial Number we see the 5-digit code that the user uses to log in into Calybra scale.

Device Details

If you want to view more details about the device you have added, by clicking on the button -> Details the following window will appear

Besides seeing the details you've just entered previously, you can see other additional information related to the last use of the scale. In detail the information relating to the latest changes regarding: Ingredients, Preparations, Suspended, Recipes, Stocks, User.

Sync

The system is bidirectional and it is possible to force data synchronization from the scale or directly from the CalybraBox software. To perform a Sync directly from CalybraBox press the button ->

In this way you forced the synchronization between the scale and the software, all data will be correctly updated.
