Data import

Pressing the button the underlying screen will be displayed (Calybra import data menu)

Press the button to import the recipes. Only the recipes and the related ingredients that were added and edited by Calybra Center application will be imported in Calybra.

Press the button to import the ingredients. Only the ingredients that were added and edited by Calybra Center application will be imported in Calybra.

Press the button to restore the last backup of Calybra.

Press the button to import the archive of preparations. Only the preparations that are in the USB stick will be imported in Calybra.

Press the button to import the label layout

Press the button to return to the Calybra Center main menu.

Full restore

Pressing a control panel with the date of the last backup to confirm the restoration will be displayed. The administrator must confirm or cancel the restoration of all databases.

ATTENTION: THIS OPERATION ENTIRELY SUBSTITUTES THE DATA THERE ARE ON CALYBRA FOR THE ONES OF THE LAST FLASH DRIVE’S BACKUP.

Statistics

Access the main menu of Calybra Center application, then press to access the consultation of production statistics.

The available data are the ones of the USB stick adjourned until the last data storage date.

Recipes and ingredients (Calybra Center)

Pressing the button the underlying screen will be displayed

Choose the kind f archive you want to display (Recipes or ingredients)

Then, from the lower bar:

Press the button to add a new recipe/ingredient

Press the button to duplicate your recipe/ingredient selected

Press the button to edit a recipe/ingredient

Press the button to delete a recipe/ingredient

Press the button to see the selected recipe in which recipes it is used

Press the button to export to pc the recipes in a pdf file

Press the button to return to the main menu

Press the buttons to browse the list
